If you’re tired of just a plain mustard then it’s time to get into some CREOLE mustard! This version is made with our fermented mustard seeds, fermented Serrano pepper mash and fresh ground horseradish along with all of the traditional creole seasonings. Try this mustard on a Po Boy or break out a jar the next times you slice into a good smoked kielbasa.
P.S. All of our mustards are ALIVE and they can be a bit fizzy after being shipped so make sure you put it in the refrigerator as soon as you receive it but don't fear the fizzzzzzz! Thats all just a part of the natural fermentation.
