These pickled mushrooms will soon be your favorite type of pickle! We pickle these in our own fermented dill pickle brine and little bit of seasoning but just enough to bring out all of the natural deliciousness of mushrooms while still representing on the "pickle factor". These little shrooms are tangy, savory and a little sweet. Way more flavorful and special than the typical marinated mushroom!
Try these tossed in a salad, jazz up your charcuterie board, sliced up on pizza, or just straight out of the jar and don't forget to use that brine! This brine is packed with mushroomy flavor and is great to boost soups, salad dressings and to deglaze your pan while cooking.
Ingredients: White Button Mushrooms, Fermented Dill Pickle Brine (salt, water, cucumber, garlic, dill, peppercorn, bay leaf) White Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Black Peppercorn, Bayleaf
I like things a bit spicier than these. Texture Is great, delicate flavor.
Oh man. This place is gewd. The pickled mushrooms are nice little poppers, but the pickled eggs and smokies are my real fav. Also I can’t stop in without gettin a bottle of pickle brine lemonade. Quenches the thirst just so. Keep slaying over there y’all.
