All of the familiar of flavor of roasted red pepper just without the "roastedness" and with all of the benefits of naturally fermented peppers! We ferment ours with fresh basil and garlic which make it the perfect addition to an antipasto salad or a nice hearty sandwich. After these are fermented we add a dash of olive oil and vinegar and a little more fresh basil to just complete our version of the perfect pickled red pepper. 

 

Ingredients: Red Bell Peppers, Salt, Water, Basil, Garlic, White Vinegar, Olive oil.
