A fermented fiery mix of the worlds hottest peppers including Carolina Reapers, Ghost peppers and Trinidadian Scorpion peppers. We added just a dab of fermented garden brine and white vinegar. It’s super hot.
Super hot was a delight. Good heat but still carried a nice flavor profile. Only constructive criticism is that the sauce was a bit liquidy, evaporate that a bit more and this would be golden.
This sauce is hot, but the taste of the peppers is not obscured by the heat. The pepper blend is harmonious, and the taste is really good. Give it a try.
